1. Information We Collect

OBCal.com collects personal data strictly necessary for delivering our service, including:

• Google Account Information: Email address, full name, and profile picture provided upon Google OAuth sign-in.
• Operational Data: Job schedules, assigned tasks, field photo proofs, activity notes, web push notification tokens, and audit logs created within your organization workspace.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate your identity and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) for your workspace.
• To log activity audit trails, deliver real-time push notifications, and prevent schedule conflicts in operations.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties or advertisers under any circumstances.

3. Data Retention and Hard Deletion

Your data is securely stored on encrypted servers for as long as your organization maintains an active subscription. If an organization is deleted by an Admin, all associated events, resources, audit logs, activity notes, and photo files are immediately and permanently removed (Hard Delete) from our disk and database.

4. Your Data Rights

You have the right to access, export, or request the deletion of your personal information at any time. Organization administrators can revoke access or export operational logs directly from the dashboard.
